Warehouse Reconciliation Specialist (Bulacan)

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audits to verify warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Update inventory management systems with adjustments and corrections as needed.
• Conduct reconciliation of incoming and outgoing items and/or orders to ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff and stakeholders to address operational inefficiencies contributing to discrepancies.
• Manage and monitor personnel assigned to the team.
• Generate inventory reports and maintain accurate records of all reconciliation activities.
• Support and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and minimize errors.
• Conduct regular reports in relation to assigned tasks accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in reconciliation, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical ability to review large data sets and identify reconcilable items and discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Ability to manage multiple reconciliation tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
