Job summary

SECOND SKIN INDUSTRIES, INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist in the Philippines. You will receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory, maintain ERP-driven records, and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Experience with Odoo Inventory/Warehouse is required and Excel mastery is essential for reporting. Candidate should have at least 2 years in inventory control or warehouse operations, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or stock management.
• Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP, particularly the Inventory/Warehouse module.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and reporting).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory, materials, and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Odoo ERP and ensure all stock movements are recorded promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Process stock transfers, adjustments, returns, and issuances through Odoo.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits, and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Prepare inventory, stock movement, and variance reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and Operations to ensure inventory availability.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, or expired inventory and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory items.
• Support internal and external inventory audits and maintain compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
