Overview

Inventory Clerk is responsible for overseeing the organization's inventory, ensuring accurate records, & preventing discrepancies of the stocks.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• Preparation of requested items
• Handling new stocks
• Asyst Transactions
• Generate sales order report
• Purchase request of advance items
• Purchase request for replenishment
• Purchase order
• Releasing items for operation use.
• Receiving of items for pull-out.
• Inventory control
• Stock Monitoring
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the inventory system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any business course, I.T., Computer Engineering, or its equivalent.
• With at least 2-3 years relevant experience as an inventory officer or related field.
