Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepares inventory control cards for each incoming shipment/delivery specifying lot numbers and quantities.
Updates inventory cards to reflect movement of stocks and delivery to clients.
Ensures consistent implementation of FEFO and FIFO where necessary.
Allocates specific stocks and material lot codes for intended deliveries based on DR. This is done while in consideration of customer requirements including maximum acceptable shelf-life and delivery history per item
Coordinates with QA to prepare Certifications and LOGs that will accompany deliveries specifically in cases of nonconformity to FEFO policies and maximum shelf-life.
Supervises the conduct of bi-monthly (every 2 months) inventory activities. Submits report to Warehouse Manager and management.
Monitors the alignment among withdrawal slips, actual inventory quantities and WebErp. Recommends corrective actions to narrow if not eliminate discrepancies.
Enforce implementation of the material tagging system, warehouse Allergen management and HDIP Halal items segregation in coordination with Warehouse personnel
Monitors material storage and ensures that lot codes are properly segregated. In cases of more than 1 lot codes in a pallet, proper separation should still be observed.
Acts as auditee for the Warehouse during internal and external audits.
Record custodian for the Warehouse. Ensures that records and available, properly filed, retrievable.
Conducts training for warehouse and delivery personnel on topics including GWP, Health and Safety and warehouse management system.
Oversee warehouse compliance to GWP and sanitation compliance
Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
