DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join the team in Cabuyao City, Laguna.

This full-time role focuses on monitoring stock levels, analyzing data, and implementing cost-reducing strategies while maintaining service excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–4 years of inventory management experience, strong Excel and ERP skills (SAP/Oracle) and excellent analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or supply chain analysis.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse inventory levels across multiple locations, identifying discrepancies and variances from planned stock positions.
• Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and dashboards using data analytics tools to provide actionable insights to management.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including lost, damaged or misplaced stock items.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations and procurement teams to optimise stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Analyse demand patterns and forecast inventory requirements to support procurement planning.
• Review and maintain inventory valuation methodologies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support systems management, including data entry, verification and maintenance of inventory management systems.
• Prepare recommendations for inventory strategy adjustments based on performance metrics and business requirements.

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in optimising our inventory management operations and ensuring the efficient flow of goods throughout our supply chain network. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, analysing inventory data, and implementing strategies to minimise costs whilst maintaining service excellence. What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• 2-4 years of professional experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or supply chain analysis
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, stock management practices and warehouse operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and present findings clearly to various stakeholders
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (APICS CSCP) or equivalent would be advantageous
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred
