The role focuses on maintaining proper inventory levels, PO management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient operations and cost optimisation.
You will also assist in physical counts, reconciliations, and reporting to management, while leveraging ERP systems and MS Office tools to drive continuous process improvements.
Responsible for the effective and seamless planning and execution of inventory management related tasks and activities.
Ensure proper inventory levels and prompt issue resolution through inventory planning and coordination with internal parties, service providers, and external parties.
Oversee dailyinventory managementactivities encompassing document, information, product and operations workflows.
Create Purchase Orders and ensure compliance to inventory management and purchasing policies.
Verify Order/Justification forms in alignment to inventory management SOPs.
PO Management in areas of Pricing, Delivery Dates and revisions so as to achieve smooth downstream processes.
Review and verify any inventory adjustment request with corresponding supporting documents prior to updating the system.
Support physical inventory count and reconciliation of the count result.
Continually strive to challenge the processes to improve efficiency and productivity, reduce cycle time and optimise cost of conducting business.
Support management and cross-functional teams/internal stakeholders with reports, analysis, and updates.
Any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics or any other related discipline
Minimum 1-2 years experience / knowledge in Supply Chain will be advantageous
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Good working knowledge with Microsoft Office applications
Hands-on experience with purchasing and inventory management modules of any ERP Systems preferred
