Job summary

Qualifications

At least college level or graduate of any related course.
Experience in warehouse, inventory, or materials handling is an advantage.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or encoding systems.
Detail-oriented and accurate in documentation and inventory monitoring.
Organized and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

Release materials and items to Installation and Production teams.
Receive and check materials delivered by suppliers.
Monitor inventory and stock availability.
Check tools and consumable items issued to and returned by Installation.
Encode warehouse transactions in the QOSI system, including material requests, material issuance, purchase order receipts, and stock transfers.
Verify Bill of Materials (BOM) against production requests.
Maintain accurate records of material movements and transactions.
Handle multiple warehouse-related tasks as needed.
