Job summary

Lightstar Sign Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Encoder to receive, log, and manage stock. You will maintain accurate inventory records and assist in proper release, labeling, and organization of warehouse items.

The role supports efficient warehouse operations and helps ensure data integrity across inventory systems. You will encode all incoming and outgoing items, perform regular cycle counts, report discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation for audits.

Qualifications

• College level or graduate of related course.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, encoding, or stock monitoring is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in encoding and record keeping.
• Organized and able to handle multiple warehouse transactions.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for quantity, accuracy, and condition.
• Encode all incoming and outgoing items into the inventory system.
• Maintain and update accurate stock records.
• Prepare and release items based on approved requests or delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of warehouse items.
• Report shortages, overages, damaged items, and other inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse area.
• Follow company warehouse policies and safety procedures.
