Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Prepare and issue materials to production based on requisitions.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or computerized systems.
• Assist in preparing delivery schedules, shipping documents, and logistics reports.
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and production staff for delivery and pickup activities.
• Conduct regular stock checking and assist in inventory audits.
• Monitor the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to the supervisor.
