Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager – Inventory & Supply Management to lead store-level inventory controls and nationwide cycle counts. You will oversee stock health, aging inventory, and replenishment coordination with Warehouse and Merchandising to ensure optimal stock availability across locations.

The role requires strong data analytics, Excel reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Finance, Retail Operations, and WSHE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years in inventory management or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of stock flow, cycle counting, and loss prevention.
• Proficient with Excel-based reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead store-level inventory control processes to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Oversee nationwide cycle counts and variance monitoring with timely corrective actions.
• Monitor aging inventory and stock health, coordinating with Merchandising and Warehouse for resolution.
• Plan replenishment with Warehouse and Merchandising to meet demand and avoid stockouts.
• Lead initiatives to reduce inventory losses and discrepancies across stores.
• Develop dashboards and analytics on inventory position and replenishment efficiency.
