Job summary

BLK Cosmetics in Metro Manila is seeking an Inventory Clerk to monitor daily stock across warehouses, stores, and e-commerce, ensure accurate recording of stock movements, and conduct regular counts and reconciliations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years’ experience in inventory control or retail inventory management, strong Excel skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities to support audits, rush launches, and timely distribution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels across warehouses, retail stores, and e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure accurate recording of stock movements (receiving, transfers, returns, and adjustments).
• Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of variances.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Retail Operations, and E-commerce teams on stock requirements and replenishment.
• Prepare inventory reports (aging, slow-moving, fast-moving, and out-of-stock items).
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of products, following company and safety standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate encoding of inventory transactions.
• Implement and follow FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
• Support internal and external audits and provide required documents.
• Support product launches by ensuring sufficient stock allocation and timely distribution.
• Assist in improving inventory processes and controls to reduce shrinkage and overstocking
• Coordinate with Finance and Audit for inventory valuation and audit requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of any course
• 1–3 years' experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or retail inventory management
• Experience in retail, beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel and inventory management systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
