Job summary

NIU Professionals, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Controller responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock movements, and conducting audits across warehouse operations.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics to ensure stock availability while minimizing discrepancies. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years in inventory control, ERP experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic reporting).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to conduct inventory audits even on Sundays.
