About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Encoder (Warehouse) to join our team at Asticom Technology Inc. This is a contract position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As an Encoder, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate warehouse records and ensuring smooth operations within our warehousing and distribution facility. Your attention to detail and ability to work systematically will be essential to supporting our logistics and inventory management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input and encode warehouse data, including receipt of goods, inventory levels, and shipment information into the warehouse management system

• Verify and validate data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness of all warehouse records

• Process and document incoming and outgoing inventory transactions in a timely manner

• Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities and movements

• Generate reports based on encoded data to support warehouse operations and management decision-making

• Assist in physical inventory counts and reconcile records with actual stock levels

• Communicate with warehouse staff to clarify information and resolve data discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards for data entry and documentation

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Proven experience as a warehouse encoder, data entry specialist, or similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and data entry software

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• Basic mathematics skills for inventory calculations and reconciliations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet daily targets

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with warehouse team members

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications
