Job summary

Crown Peak Estate Developers Inc. is hiring an Inventory Assistant to monitor, record, and release stock in the warehouse.

You will ensure accuracy of stock records, proper storage, and orderly organization, with emphasis on timely updates and adherence to procedures. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting deliveries, updating records, conducting regular counts, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with Purchasing and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Physically fit to handle and move stocks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stocks against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Record and update all incoming and outgoing stocks accurately.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and stock checks.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of items in the warehouse.
• Prepare and release stocks based on approved requests or issuance documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and supporting documents.
• Reconcile physical stock counts with recorded inventory and report discrepancies.
• Assist in loading, unloading, transferring, and arranging stocks when necessary.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and other departments regarding deliveries, stock requests, and inventory concerns.
• Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
