Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry and warehouse data management.
• Ability to input, verify, and reconcile warehouse records with high accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel or similar spreadsheets and WMS software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Input and encode warehouse data including receipts, inventory levels, and shipments into the system.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of warehouse records.
• Process and document incoming/outgoing inventory transactions promptly.
• Maintain organized records of warehouse activities and movements.
• Generate reports from encoded data to support operations and decision-making.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and reconcile records with actual stock.
• Communicate with warehouse staff to resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards for data entry.
