Qualifications

Graduate of any business-related course.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of inventory management and basic documentation is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Willing to perform fieldwork as required.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming and outgoing stocks.
Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Perform fieldwork as required for inventory monitoring and verification.
Prepare and maintain inventory-related documents and reports.
Coordinate with relevant departments and site personnel regarding inventory concerns.
Ensure proper organization and documentation of inventory records.
Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned.
