Job summary

Bricolage Group of Companies is seeking a Purchasing Inventory Clerk to maintain inventory records, monitor reorder points, and process stock replenishments. The role involves data entry, physical counts, and coordinating with stores to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related business course
• 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Proficiency in Inventory Management Software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with physical inventory counting, auditing, and stock reconciliation
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and proper goods handling practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and social skills
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; reports items to be purchased as required; tracks orders and investigates problems
• Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports
• Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves
• Monitors the Skype Pull-Out GC to check all store pull-out transactions and processes documents return as required following established procedures
• Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, assisting stakeholders
• Prepares and completes warehouse orders of Gondola & BD items delivery according to schedule
• Performs final checking of re-orders prior to delivery and generates report of delivery orders
• Performs item labeling of collected items for Stores' requests
• Monitors BD own use items such as Gondola components and other OSM materials
• Serves as back-up to process stores' requests in the absence of OU storekeepers
