Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with good numerical and organizational skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, issue, and record inventory transactions.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain proper storage of materials and products.
• Prepare inventory reports and update inventory databases.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and purchasing regarding inventory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
