Job summary

Arla Foods Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to lead inventory governance across nationwide warehouses. You will monitor stock movements, validate data in WMS/ERP/3PL, and drive cycle counts, discrepancies, and loss prevention. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential as you report to the Supply Chain team.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and continuous improvement while working in a dynamic, matrix organization.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of inventory accuracy and stock movement control across multiple warehouses.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data-driven decision making.
• Organized, results-driven, and able to work in a dynamic environment with ownership.
• Ability to perform data analysis and communicate insights for action planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control across all warehouses (main, overflow, regional).
• Maintain daily inventory visibility by validating data across WMS, ERP, and 3PL systems.
• Manage cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate variances.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor stock status including aging, expiry, and damaged goods; ensure handling and loss prevention.
• Drive reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement with 3PLs and internal teams.

Arla Foods Corporation is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist who will lead and strengthen inventory control across all Arla warehouses nationwide, ensuring accurate records, disciplined transactions, timely reconciliation, and strong inventory governance across main, overflow, and regional facilities. How you will make an impact

• You lead inventory control across all warehouses (main, overflow, and regional), ensuring compliance with standard processes and policies.

• You maintain accurate, daily inventory visibility by validating data across WMS, ERP, and 3PL systems.

• You manage cycle counts and physical inventories, ensuring discrepancies are investigated, reconciled, and resolved promptly.

• You investigate and resolve inventory variances, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

• You monitor stock status - aging, expiry and damaged, ensuring proper handling, disposition, and loss prevention.

• You drive reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, partnering with 3PLs and internal teams to enhance inventory accuracy and control.

The Inventory Control Specialist will be part of the Supply Chain team and will report directly to the Contract Logistics Manager.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in managing inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and stock movement controls across multiple warehouses

• You have experience with warehouse management systems, preferably in Oracle NetSuite and strong MS Excel skills
