Arla, L.l.c. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Makati City to lead inventory governance across main, overflow, and regional warehouses. You will monitor stock movements, validate data across WMS, ERP, and 3PL systems, and manage cycle counts and physical inventories while investigating discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and stock movement controls across multiple warehouses.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite, and strong MS Excel skills.
• Organized, results-driven, able to thrive in a dynamic environment with sound decision making.
• Ability to perform thorough data analysis and communicate results for action planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control across all warehouses (main, overflow, regional) ensuring compliance with processes.
• Maintain daily inventory visibility by validating data across WMS, ERP, and 3PL systems.
• Manage cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate discrepancies and reconcile promptly.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances; drive root cause analyses with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor stock status including aging, expiry and damaged items; ensure proper handling and loss prevention.
• Drive reporting, audit readiness and continuous improvement with 3PLs and internal teams.
