Job summary

GOLDEN ABC, INCORPORATED is seeking a Distribution Specialist for Inventory to supervise warehouse activities and ensure productivity. You will review and document inventory management, process transfer postings, adjustments, and exploitation of inventory controls in a fast-paced distribution center.

Role requires 2–3 years in a related field, strong planning and problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience in high-volume distribution with emphasis on quality and accuracy.
• Experience supervising employees in a dynamic environment.
• Experience managing day-to-day responsibilities and adherence to policies.
• Experience in a high-volume distribution center is preferable.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to motivate others.
• Strong planning, organizing and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with urgency under pressure.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Innovative and highly organized.
• Collaborative with diverse people.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
• 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Willing to work in Balintawak, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and documents activities pertaining to Inventory Management.
• Ensures on time processing of Transfer Posting requests, Inventory Adjustments and Inventory Charging.
• Perform inventory validation.
• Organize placement and setup of SKUs/inventories based on business rules on Picking Location Management.
• Ensures on time processing of Inventory Exemptions.
• Ensures DC Occupancy is optimal.
• Monitors Productivity and ensures targets are met.
• Schedule manpower resources according to activities.
• Executes Annual and Mid-year Inventory Count for DC/Ecom.
• Execute Cycle Count for DC/Ecom.
• Ensures high inventory accuracy of DC/Ecom.
• Investigate order cancellations and make recommendations.
• Maintain DC Efficiency by ensuring inventories are accurate, aging inventories minimal, losses minimal.
• Collaborates with IPA and IT to prevent system errors.
• Accommodate and assist other sections/departments.
• Updates the IM SOPs as needed.
• Submits Reports on time and accurately.
• Proposes Process Improvement and Cost Efficiency Projects.
• Anything related to Inventory.
