Job summary

Globe International Distributor Center, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Admin Assistant to ensure smooth warehouse operations. This role focuses on data entry, documentation management, inventory control, and providing operational support within a busy warehousing environment.

The candidate will generate daily and weekly reports, file essential documents, monitor stock movements, and assist the warehouse manager with administrative tasks to optimise inbound and outbound processes.

Qualifications

• Proven data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience organizing and maintaining warehouse documentation.
• Ability to monitor stock levels and track movements.
• Strong administrative support skills for warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry for incoming/outgoing shipments in the WMS.
• Generate daily/weekly inventory and operational reports.
• Prepare, check, and file warehouse documents such as DRs, POs, and shipping invoices.
• Track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and conduct regular reconciliations.
• Support the warehouse manager with administrative tasks and inbound/outbound processes.
