Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Distribution Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control across distribution centers in the National Capital Region. This onsite role collaborates with warehouse, logistics, planning, and commercial teams to ensure stock availability and accurate inventory data.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in inventory management within retail or FMCG, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in WMS/ERP and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in inventory management or distribution operations.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, logistics or high-volume distribution.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall inventory performance across distribution centers.
• Develop and implement inventory control strategies and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, aging inventory, shrinkage, and stock movements.
• Lead cycle count and stock take activities to ensure inventory integrity.
• Analyze inventory data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support replenishment and distribution planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and operational standards.
• Lead and develop inventory teams to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management.
