Job summary

Primer Group of Companies is seeking an Inventory Analyst, Associate to maintain real-time stock accuracy and support efficient warehouse operations in Metro Manila. You will work with warehouse staff to manage cycle counts, stock movements, put-away, and inbound verification.

The role emphasizes data entry, Excel reporting, and collaboration with the Warehouse Manager to reduce discrepancies and optimize inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with warehouse inventory management or similar role (1-3 years).
• Knowledge of WMS and inventory tracking tools.
• Familiarity with FIFO, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.
• Proficient data entry and Excel for reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication with warehouse personnel and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling variances.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and other inventory management best practices.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to improve inventory control.
• Ensure timely replenishment of picking and storage locations based on demand.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to optimize storage space and accessibility.
• Verify received stock and ensure accurate put-away procedures.
• Assist system updates reflecting stock movements and transfers.
• Maintain inventory records through data entry and reporting.
• Generate reports highlighting discrepancies, slow-moving stock, and optimization recommendations.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with inventory procedures.
• Forecast inventory needs with leadership to reduce overstock or stockouts.
• Ensure stock is clustered, sorted, and prepared efficiently for dispatch.
