Job summary

Executive Genesis Services, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to monitor and update branch stock levels, conduct daily counts, analyze stock movement, and ensure accurate barcoding and pricing.

You will prepare inventory reports, forecasts, and stock requests, and assist in monthly counts to resolve variances. The role requires at least college-level education and 6 months’ experience in inventory management, on-site in Cebu City.

Qualifications

• College level or equivalent, business/service-related preferred.
• At least 6 months experience in inventory management/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update branch inventory levels.
• Conduct daily physical counts of products.
• Analyze stock movement (fast, slow, and non-moving items).
• Ensure proper barcoding, pricing, and product condition.
• Prepare inventory reports, forecasts, and stock requests.
• Assist in monthly physical counts and resolve inventory variances.
