Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% inventory record accuracy for finished goods and RPM.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile variances within set timelines.
• Update system inventory balances accurately and timely.
• Reconcile monthly inventory variance reports and prepare related reports.
• Encode inventory documents to Netsuite (e.g., FGRR, STA, DR).
• Summarize count results, compare with physical documents, and analyze movement.
• Monitor FG warehouse stock status and notify relevant parties of shortages.
• Prepare out-of-stock reports and NPR distribution reports.
