Job summary

Enable PH in Mandaluyong, Philippines, is seeking an Operations Associate (Inventory) to manage inventory and assets through end-to-end control, inbound receiving, outbound control, stock movement, and cycle counting. The role ensures system accuracy across OMS, SAP, and physical stock, supporting cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory, or related operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, filtering, sorting, and data validation.
• Familiarity with ERP/OMS/WMS systems such as SAP Business One and PRISM.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent inventory-related concerns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, or related field; relevant work experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of 5S and basic inventory control principles is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work 6 days per week

Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate inventory quantities between OMS, SAP, and actual stock to ensure accuracy.
• Perform SAP system analysis and review inventory transactions, postings, stock movements, and process flows to identify discrepancies.
• Maintain and enhance inventory-related system processes, controls, and workflows to improve data accuracy.
• Assist daily transaction reports, inventory monitoring reports, reconciliation reports, and discrepancy analyses.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve inventory discrepancies, system issues, and delays, with timely follow-up and resolution.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, and support implementation of improved inventory control procedures.
