Job summary

Healthy Options in Metro Manila is seeking a Warehouse Inventory & Replenishment Analyst to maintain optimal stock levels by moving products from bulk to active pick locations and ensuring shelves are stocked to meet demand.

You will perform cycle counts, analyze inventory KPIs, and coordinate with warehouse teams to forecast replenishment, improve efficiency, and reduce stockouts, while documenting processes and using WMS/ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years in warehouse operations, inventory control, or replenishment.
• Experience with WMS/ERP platforms (Dynamics 365 BC, NetSuite, Infor) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pick face inventory against min thresholds and prioritize replenishment
• Analyze inventory KPIs: stock-out rates, DIO, turnover, SLOB
• Recommend optimal pick face sizing and slot locations
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• Track KPIs and generate replenishment reports
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to execute replenishment
