Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati is seeking an Inventory Analyst to ensure accuracy and reliability of inventory data across stock movements and ERP records. You will monitor cycle counts, reconcile variances, and analyze stock movements to safeguard inventory integrity.

The role requires Excel proficiency, ERP experience (Odoo preferred), and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills to support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems; Odoo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy between physical stocks and ERP system records.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories; reconcile variances.
• Analyze stock variances and identify root causes; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare inventory reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for management.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
