• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate inventory records.

The Inventory Control Associate provides operational and administrative support for warehouse and ecommerce activities, with primary responsibility for SAP transaction posting and fulfillment. The role covers inbound and pullout processing, inventory monitoring and reconciliation, non-merchandise control, ecommerce order support, sales encoding, returns documentation, and SLA tracking. This position ensures accurate records, timely reporting, and compliance with standard operating procedures through close coordination with Warehouse, Ecommerce, Accounting, Sales, Merchandising, and PDD teams to support inventory integrity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all sales channels.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1-2 years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations (SAP experience preferred).

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SAP MM/Inventory Management knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
