DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in Laguna to monitor transactions, maintain records in the WMS, and analyze stock movements. You will conduct cycle counts, investigate variances, and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of inventory/warehouse experience, with strong Excel skills and ERP/WMS familiarity. Collaboration with Operations, Quality, and IT is essential to success.

Monitor inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Analyze inventory movements, stock levels, adjustments, and trends to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities.
Investigate inventory variances, root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare inventory performance reports and dashboards for management and customers.
Support inventory accuracy initiatives to achieve operational and customer KPIs.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Customer Service, and IT teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, customer requirements, and company policies.
Monitor aging inventory, slow-moving stocks, and obsolete inventory, providing recommendations for action.
Participate in process improvement projects focused on inventory management and warehouse efficiency.
Assist during customer audits and internal inventory reviews.
Support system testing, inventory data validation, and WMS-related activities as required.
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, inventory analysis, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of warehouse inventory processes, stock control methodologies, and inventory reconciliation.
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
