Cloud Ecommerce is seeking an Inventory Accountant to manage the general ledger and oversee all inventory-related transactions for clients. The role involves generating regular inventory reports, analyzing variances, and leading physical counts to ensure accurate stock records.

The position requires coordinating with brand, 3PL, and marketplace teams, preparing claims, and maintaining related databases. A bachelor's degree in business or logistics and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain General Ledger.
• Regularly generate and analyze inventory reports to ensure accuracy.
• Diagnose the cause of inventory variance and address discrepancies.
• Lead physical inventory counts for clients and reconcile stock counts to report data.
• Create and archive monthly journal entries using ERP or data management software.
• Communicate with brand, 3PL, and marketplace; prepare claims forms and maintain claims information database.
