Job summary

HUGO BOSS is seeking an Inventory Control and Loss Prevention specialist to manage weekly inventory activity, reconcile POs and RTVs, and provide frontline support to stores and internal teams. The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration and improving ERP/BI reporting.

Strong analytical skills and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems are preferred, along with RFID knowledge. The position requires English proficiency and flexibility to work varying shifts to meet

Qualifications

2-3 years relevant experience in inventory operations, retail systems or similar analytical role.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms and BI solutions preferred.
Knowledge of RFID processes in retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory activity across WMS, ERP, BI and POS ensuring data integrity.
Oversee weekly reporting and reconciliation of POs, RTVs and inventory adjustments.
Provide operational support to stores and internal teams on shipments and returns.
Identify data gaps and optimize reporting, workflows and configurations.
Develop concise leadership reports highlighting issues and improvement opportunities.
Flexible with early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends.
