Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control, including receiving stock and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist sales with stock retrieval and omnichannel stock pullback.
• Keep back of house clean and compliant with standards.
• Perform quality control and report issues to store lead.
• Support aftersales (alterations, repairs, personalisation).
• Ensure stockroom equipment is functional and raise concerns.
• Handle ad hoc admin tasks and events support.
