Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Retail Xstore POS and related modules.

• Understand and support retail business processes focusing on POS applications and systems.
• Participate in US and international IT-related Retail projects.
• Gather and document business requirements and workflows.
• Create and implement IT concepts to improve processes and systems.
• Provide end-user training and support for new solutions.
