Job summary

Dreamlife International (Cebu City Headquarters) is seeking a skilled supply chain professional to maintain and improve inventory, determine purchase requirements, and coordinate material allocation across branches.

You will prepare ERP purchase requests, track shipments with 3PL partners, perform daily inventory adjustments, and generate monthly movement reports, leveraging Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain and warehousing management.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical, planning, and time-management skills.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve inventory and determine materials needed for purchase for allocation to all branches based on sales & movement.
• Prepare purchase requests on ERP system.
• Track shipments and coordinate with the 3PL for booking and delivery status.
• Perform daily inventory tracking, inventory adjustments and product allocation in all branches.
• Submit a monthly movement report.
