Lightforce Corporation is seeking an Inventory Assistant to support stock integrity across branches and warehouses in the Metro Manila area. You will help conduct counts, validations, and reporting to ensure accurate records.
Responsibilities include preparing inventory reports, investigating discrepancies, coordinating with branches and warehouse teams, and maintaining audit-ready documentation in compliance with company policies.
Assist in conducting inventory counts, audits, and validation of inventory records across branches and warehouse locations.
Prepare, maintain, and regularly update accurate inventory reports, including variance, slow-moving, non-moving, overstock, and defective inventory reports.
Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records and investigate discrepancies to determine their causes.
Analyze inventory data, variances, and trends to identify discrepancies, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Review and investigate positive and negative inventory variances and recommend appropriate corrective actions or adjustments.
Coordinate with branches, warehouse personnel, and relevant departments regarding inventory concerns, discrepancies, and required corrective actions.
Ensure inventory records, reports, and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and updated.
Maintain organized and accessible inventory documents and supporting records for proper reference and audit purposes.
Ensure that all inventory-related activities, reports, and documentation comply with established company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Prepare and coordinate field audit schedules for branch inventory audits.
Prepare estimated budgets and expense requirements for field inventory audits.
Review and verify reimbursement and liquidation documents related to field audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Perform other inventory-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
