Job summary

Apero Restaurant is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our Santolan, Pasig operations team. The role focuses on monitoring stock levels, movements, and providing regular reports to support purchasing and warehouse functions.

Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems are preferred. The candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of collaborating with multiple departments onsite.

This is a full-time on-site position based in Santolan, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or data analysis is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, movements, and stock availability.
• Analyze inventory data and prepare regular inventory reports.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Track stock transfers, receipts, issuances, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and other departments.
• Identify slow-moving, excess, and aging inventory.
• Assist in inventory forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or inventory management system.
• Support physical inventory counts and cycle counting activities.
• Recommend process improvements to minimize variances and optimize stock levels.
