About the role

PTC Commercial Corporation is seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis at our facility in Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a strategic role that plays a vital part in optimising our inventory management operations and ensuring efficient stock control across our supply chain. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, analysing stock movements, and implementing improvements to reduce costs whilst maintaining service excellence. This position is essential to supporting our procurement and logistics operations and directly contributes to the financial performance of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse inventory levels across all storage facilities and warehouses to ensure optimal stock availability
• Prepare detailed inventory reports and forecasts based on historical data, demand trends, and business requirements
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Analyse stock turnover rates and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory for clearance or redistribution
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment schedules
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities through improved inventory management practices
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity within inventory management systems
• Investigate inventory variances and implement process improvements to reduce losses and inefficiencies
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper inventory handling and storage procedures
• Prepare documentation and provide inventory data to support management decision-making

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in an inventory analyst, inventory management, or similar procurement and inventory role within manufacturing, logistics or supply chain environments
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
• Knowledge of inventory control methodologies, stock valuation techniques and cost accounting principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly to stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
• Familiarity with warehousing operations and logistics processes is highly desirable
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field are preferred
