About the role

We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to join DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. in our Bustos, Bulacan facility. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in optimising inventory management and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain operations. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, analysing inventory data, and implementing strategies to maximise efficiency whilst minimising costs. This position is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional supply chain solutions to our clients.

Key responsibilities

1. Monitor and analyse inventory levels across multiple locations to ensure optimal stock availability
2. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate records
3. Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
2. Proven experience working in inventory management or a similar role within a manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment
3. Strong proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
6. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
7. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
8. Knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics operations is highly desirable
9. Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred
10. Certification in supply chain management (such as APICS CSCP) is a plus
