Job summary

PTC Commercial Corporation is seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join the team in Manila on a full-time basis. You will monitor stock levels, analyse inventory movements, and implement improvements to optimise operations and reduce costs while maintaining service excellence.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across procurement and logistics to forecast demand and schedule replenishments.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory analyst, inventory management, or procurement roles in manufacturing/logistics.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels across storage facilities to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Prepare inventory reports and forecasts based on historical data and demand trends.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze stock turnover and identify slow-moving or obsolete items for clearance.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast demand and replenish stock.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through improved inventory practices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and data integrity in systems.
• Investigate variances and implement process improvements to reduce losses.
• Liaise with warehouses and logistics teams for proper handling and storage.
• Provide inventory data to support management decision-making.
