Eli Consolidated Resources Corp. is seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team at our facility in Bagong Silang, Plaridel, Bulacan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in optimising our inventory management operations and ensuring efficient supply chain performance. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, analysing inventory data, and implementing strategies to reduce waste whilst maintaining optimal stock availability. This role is integral to supporting our manufacturing and logistics operations, directly contributing to cost savings and operational excellence across the organisation.
Monitor and analyse inventory levels across all warehousing facilities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Prepare detailed inventory reports and forecasting analyses to support procurement and operational planning
Identify slow-moving and obsolete stock items and recommend strategies for their disposition
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to optimise inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs
Analyse demand patterns and seasonal trends to support inventory planning and procurement decisions
Investigate inventory variances and implement process improvements to minimise future discrepancies
Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
Support the development and implementation of inventory policies and procedures
Assist in the coordination of physical stock counts and cycle counting programmes
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or procurement
Proficiency in inventory management software, warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
Knowledge of inventory control principles, valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, weighted average) and supply chain best practices
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions
Preferably experience in manufacturing or logistics environments
Preferably knowledge of lean inventory management principles or Six Sigma methodologies
