About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inventory Planning Assistant to join our team at TL Sales and Management Services Inc. in Cubao, Quezon City. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory management and optimizing our supply chain operations.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with the inventory management team to monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock movements, reconciling discrepancies, and generating regular reports
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and policies to minimise waste and optimize storage space
• Provide support in the procurement process, such as sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and processing purchase orders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory management systems and processes
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align inventory planning with overall business objectives

What we're looking for

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Preferably familiar with using Pivot Table, SumIf, and Vlookup in Excel.
• Detail oriented.
• Execute ad hoc requests in an efficient and timely manner.
• Must be a results-oriented individual with strong numerical and mathematical skills.
