Job summary

FH Commercial, Inc. in Malabon City, Metro Manila, is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to monitor inventory transactions, maintain accurate records, and perform cycle counts in a full-time, on-site role.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, is detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in inventory management practices, including FIFO procedures. Responsibilities include reporting, reconciling variances, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with FIFO and inventory control.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring inbound and outbound material documents in day to day operations
• Conduct annual inventory (All items)
• Identify slow moving and non-moving SKU and cascade to Business Units (Sales and Marketing Dept.) for move-out plans implementation.
• Send daily inventory reports to sales and marketing. Create inventory template that can be viewed anytime.
• Prepare report of near-expiring SKU in a monthly basis.
• Initiate weekly to monthly physical and cycle inventory count of fast moving items
• Reconciles any variances of actual inventories vs system records immediately
