Job summary

Caravan Food Group Inc. is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support inventory control and financial reporting in Makati. The role covers end-to-end stock reconciliation, monitoring movements, and coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, retail operations, and accounting teams.

You will perform periodic counts, analyze variances, prepare journals for adjustments, and assist with month-end closing and inventory schedules. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in inventory accounting, inventory audit, or inventory management is an advantage but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/accounting systems.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Review stock transfers (in/out) and reconcile transfer-out with transfer-in transactions.
Monitor and reconcile inventory movements using the company’s systems.
Organize and coordinate periodic and cycle inventory counts.
Consolidate and analyze inventory count results.
Investigate inventory variances, discrepancies, and shrinkages.
Prepare and submit periodic inventory balance reports.
Organize inventory disposal documentation and processing.
Prepare journal vouchers for inventory adjustments.
Verify accuracy of inventory costing, stock balances, and valuation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documents.
Collaborate with Inventory Audit Group on reconciliations.
