Job summary

Philcare Pharma Inc. is seeking an intern to act as a link between the company and healthcare decision-makers across the Philippines. You will gain hands-on experience in product promotion, hospital formulary dynamics, and building relationships with key hospital staff.

You will learn to execute territory plans, conduct medical detailing, and analyze market trends while receiving mentorship from industry veterans. A daily allowance is provided with travel and meals supported.

Qualifications

• Education: incoming/recent graduate of a 4-year course; healthcare or business backgrounds preferred.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and in-field engagement.

Responsibilities

• Promote specialty portfolio to physicians, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams.
• Build strategic relationships with KOLs and department heads.
• Execute territory business plans to meet sales targets.

The Opportunity

As an intern, you will serve as a primary link between Philcare Pharma and key healthcare decision-makers. You will gain firsthand experience in driving product adoption and understanding hospital formulary dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Assist in promoting our specialty portfolio to physicians, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams.
• Relationship Building: Support the development of strategic relationships with KOLs and department heads.

• Medical Detailing: Conduct professional product presentations and in-service training.

• Daily Allowance: ₱800.00/day (to cover travel and meal expenses).

Requirements

• Educational Background: Incoming or recent graduate of any 4-year course (Medical-related courses such as Pharmacy, Nursing, or Biology, and Business/Marketing courses are preferred).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable presenting to healthcare professionals.
• Work Ethic: Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in basic MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM tools.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Multiple locations nationwide).
• Availability: Must be able to commit to the full 3-month internship period.
• Financial Support: A competitive daily allowance of ₱800.00 for travel and meals, plus a ₱300.00 monthly communication allowance.
• Path to Regularization: High-performing interns will be prioritized for immediate absorption into a full-time Hospital Sales Representative or Senior Hospital Sales Specialist role upon graduation.
