Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• 1–3 years relevant experience in Sales Support/Admin.
• Experience from Supply Chain/Logistics/Tech Industries (or B2B sales) is aPlus.
• Proficient in MS Excel; basic functions and Pivot Tables advantageous.
• Professional emailing and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and create quotes; ensure POs and invoices are processed.
• Follow up with clients as needed.
• Suggest improvements on processes when necessary.
• Client interactions: 60% emails, 40% video calls with global customers (US, Asia, Europe).
