Job summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asia Pte. Limited in the Philippines seeks an Assistant Engagement Manager to design and roll out global engagement programs, turning workforce sentiment into a high-performance roadmap. You will partner with leadership to embed values through evidence-based people solutions across international sites.

You will bridge data and human experience, coach leaders, and ensure engagement insights drive ROI while aligning with our global and local strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a lead role driving culture change and employee engagement.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end international HR projects.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and secure buy-in for engagement measures.
• Capacity to story-tell data to diverse audiences for HR investments.
• Experience driving cultural shifts and rolling out company values globally.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Survey Management for local and global engagement frameworks.
• Design, rollout, and analysis of engagement metrics (eNPS, surveys).
• Transform data into actionable insights for business heads.
• Activate culture through site campaigns and leadership coaching.
• Collaborate with HR teams to integrate insights across the employee lifecycle.
• Serve as central contact for offshore country management on HQ initiatives.
