Job summary

Fujian Electric Power Eng. Company (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to coordinate and supervise movement of project equipment and materials from international origins to Philippine ports, customs clearance, inland transport, and final site delivery.

You will ensure cargo is delivered safely, legally, cost-effectively, and on schedule, liaising with lines, forwarders, brokers, and contractors while monitoring costs and schedules across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of logistics/import experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience with Philippine BOC customs clearance and international shipping.
• Experience in project cargo, heavy-haul, power, energy, EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to ports, warehouses, and project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments (FCL, LCL, breakbulk, Ro-Ro, heavy-lift).
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport contractors.
• Monitor shipment schedules, ETAs, shipping documents, and cargo status.
• Supervise Philippine BOC customs clearance and import documentation.
• Monitor HS classification, duties, taxes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate inland and heavy-haul transportation from ports to sites.
• Coordinate route surveys, DPWH/LGU permits, and specialized transport.
• Monitor warehouse receiving and final site delivery.
• Coordinate inspection of cargo for damage, shortage, and discrepancies.
• Monitor freight costs, demurrage, detention, storage, and port charges.
