Shore360 is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to support revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, developing, and nurturing sales opportunities across residential and commercial channels. You will act as the central connection between customers, digital leads, and field teams to ensure qualified opportunities progress smoothly.

You will manage CRM opportunities, provide concierge-level support, and coordinate with fabricators and partners to deliver quotes and project updates.

Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, design, architecture, construction, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in inside sales, sales coordination, lead development, or related roles.
• Ability to qualify opportunities, nurture leads, and move projects through a defined sales process.
• Strong experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development, and project follow-up.

Aufgaben

• Proactively follow up with prospects from multiple channels and inbound leads.
• Serve as primary concierge contact for qualified leads with a positive Caesarstone brand experience.
• Qualify and score projects using defined criteria like size, stage, timing, and conversion potential.
• Maintain a cadence to progress opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Support market insights and pipeline development for commercial projects.
